I had a great stay at this guest house. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making it easy for me to communicate my check-in time. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and major attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including my room which was spotless. The breakfast offered was great, with continental options to choose from and served at my preferred time. I got great value for little money.
All was good.

The location is great, only 15 mins walk (ok, I walk fast, but still) to Di Trevi, just a few steps more to Via del Corso. The room was quite big. Effective aircon.
If I hadn't read the comments on Booked.net, I would have never found the room - the signage is really poor & you have to look for the name of the B&B on at the building's gate. The room is actually in another building than the reception and the surroundings, stairs & lift don't give a good impression. The bed, floor & shower in the room were clean, but I can't say the same about the rest of it. There were some dirty pillows in the wardrobe and somebody else's shirt as well. Needless to say I didn't use the wardrobe, so no space to unpack your stuff other than the desk, nightstand or floor. For the first night I didn't have warm water (or much water at all as the pressure was v. low), only on the next morning they switched on some mechanism at my balcony and fixed it. Shower and TV in need of an update, scotch-taped remote control only makes it more visible. Breakfast is not worth waiting for, you get something much better in any coffe shop at Barberini station. 'Mini-bar' is in fact an empty fridge.

We visited that hotel before and we really enjoyed the comfort and rooms. Only a short distance to attractions, including trevi fountain.

Good location (10 min to Trevi), very large room and huge bathroom with shower cabin and "Jacuzzi" (which we didn't use though). Minibar.
A guy at the reception speaks almost no English, very old and dirty room (dusty furniture, bed with greasy stains, clogged shower, etc.), no cleaning and towels change for 4 days. Very noisy from outside and from neighbors (you can hear every word they say). Air conditioner is very weak (almost no cooling even when set at 16C). Wifi works only right next to the room door. Breakfast is a joke: for 10 euro per person you got a cup of bad coffee, small toast, tiny piece of butter and jam.

This guest house has a good location that is central to many attractions and public transportation options. the room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable, with good amenities and a cozy ambiance.
The breakfast quickly ran out and the selection was limited, leaving us wanting more options.

Really a good budget choice, close to Metro connections etc. Very clean. Very friendly proprietor.

It is very close to the metro station, and generally in a place from which you can reach easily and almost everything on foot!
In fact it is not exactly a hotel but rooms on one floor of a building!the breakfast was not rich at all and the truth is that you can hear almost everything from the next room!it's expensive for the services it offers but in fact you pay for the location!

price is ok. Location: termini, spanish steps, fontana di trevi within walking distance (20 - 30 min). Clean rooms
hot water and TV not working very well. Hotel inside apartment bloc, difficult to find. Weird room configuration: if room 5 is occupied there is no passage to the reception area.

Great location, very close to public transportation and key tourist attractions. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower was too small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was too basic with not many options to choose from.

Excellent location, clean.
Joke of a breakfast for the money we paid. It included two pieces of toasted bread, one individual marmalade and butter, coffee and juice. Exceeding noise coming from the air-conditioning units.
